Paving: Furnish and Place 65 Tons of Base Repair, 869 Tons of Edge Repair, and 330 Tons of 9.5 Mm Scratch Course. A Bituminous Escalator Clause is Included. Pa Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. Seal Coat: Furnish and Place 36,088 Sy of Seal Coat, and 37,866 Sy of Fog Seal, and 1,778 Sy of Surface Treatment. PA Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Contract. A Certified Check or Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract, Made Payable to the Municipality Will Be Required From the Lowest Responsible Bidder for Each Contract. All Work and Material Must Meet Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and Its Supplements. Proposals Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals.
