Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
- Construct Serenity Drive Replacement including all Labor , materials and equipment necessary for removal and replacement of approximately 1306 SY of 8" PCC pavement, 174 SY of 6" PCC driveway, and 17 SY of 6" PCC sidewalk, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work, including clean up. - The Serenity Drive Replacement is located on Serenity Drive between Melody Circle and Harrington Way. Location- Work is located in public right-of-way of Serenity Drive in the City of Waukee, Iowa. The work will commence within ten (10) calendar days after the date set forth in written Notice to Proceed. All work on the project shall be completed by August 1, 2024.
