Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project includes removal of approximately 3,400 SY of concrete pavement, trees, and excess soil. With the installation of approximately 2,850 SY of new concrete pavement with rock subbase and subdrains. Also included is approximately 1,000 SY of sidewalk, storm sewer, grading, pavement markings, sodding, and erosion control. The site will be available starting June 3, 2024 for commencement of work, and must be substantially completed on August 2, 2024. Final completion by September 27, 2024. The project site is located at Eason Elementary School, 605 SEBoone Drive, in Waukee, Iowa The bidder's security shall be in an amount equivalent to 5% of the bid amount, and shall be in the form of a cashier's or certified check drawn on a bank in Iowa The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities in Bidding.
