Vicksburg High School Cafeteria Tables. The Vicksburg Community Schools Board of Education is accepting sealed proposals for Cafeteria Tables in accordance with specification, terms and conditions stated herein. The district reserves the right to award the contract to the Bidder offering the best value, and not necessarily to the firm bidding the lowest price. The Board reserves the right to split the bid between one or more vendors if it is in the best interest of the district. The district also reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board of Education reserved the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informality therein. The Board of Education is not obligated to accept the quote with the lowest pricing. The entire Request for Proposal can be found at online. Bid prices must be valid for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening. Delivery must occur within a reasonable time after receipt of the purchase order. If delivery cannot be made by June 30, 2024, the District should be notified immediately. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time may result in a breach of contract on the part of the vendor.
