Sealed bid proposals are requested from qualified contractors for the VCS Districtwide Access Controls Project. Review Frederick Construction General Scope requirements as they outline additional expectations the contractor must act by. 2. Provide furnish full time supervision. Protect the work scheduled to remain and, if damaged, repair to an acceptable condition. 3. Submit to Frederick Construction for review a Site-Specific Safety Work Plan. 4. This bid package is to abide by all current regulations dictated by the CDC, FDA, Local Health Department, Frederick Construction and Vicksburg Community Schools current approved policies. 5. This bid package is responsible for the scope of work indicated in the contract documents. To include but not limited to Division 00, 01, 02, 27 & 28. It is expected that regardless, if it is noted or not noted in the plans, specification, and CM Manual, this Bid Package will provide a complete and operational system/product that meets the intent of the Contract Documents.
