VCS High School Phase II - Work to be performed between June 8 – August 14, 2026. VCS Middle School Phase I - Work to be performed between June 9 – August 15, 2025. VCS Middle School Phase II - Work to be performed between June 8 – August 14, 2026. VCS Sunset Lake Elementary - Work to be performed between June 9 – August 15, 2025. VCS HS, MS & Sunset Lake Flooring and Restroom Renovations - VCS 2020 Bond Projects Site Locations: VCS High School VCS, 501 E. Highway St., Vicksburg, MI 49097 (2 floors; 159,598 SF) VCS Middle School, 348 E Prairie St., Vicksburg, MI 49097 (1 floor; 90,514 SF) Sunset Lake Elementary, 201 N. Boulevard St., Vicksburg, MI 49097 (1 floor; 58,011 SF) BID PACKAGES BP 02.4 - Restroom Selective Demolition BP 02.8 - Non-ACM and ACM Floor demolition BP 09.2 - Metal Stud, ACT Ceilings & Partitions BP 09.3 - Restroom Floor & Wall Tiling BP 09.6 - Classroom & Corridor Resilient Flooring BP 09.66 - Terrazzo Re-Finishing BP 09.9 - Painting BP 22.1 - Restroom Plumbing & Misc. Mechanical BP 26.1 - Restroom Electrical Improvements Bid bond or certified check of not less than 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with bid and made payable to Vicksburg Community Schools. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the proposed cost will be required for all contracts. The cost of a Performance and Payment Bond shall be included within the contractors base bid price.
