The Town of Campbell, Wisconsin, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the City for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. A certified check payable to the Town of Campbell or bid bond executed by the bidder and a licensed surety company in an amount equal to at least 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
