Description

Renovation of an educational facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

In general, the Project consists of replacement of an existing walk-in cooler / freezer located on a rooftop. Work includes cooler/freezer, thermoplastic roofing, and electrical connections. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a SINGLE PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ENTIRE WORK. The Project Drawings, Project Manual and other Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: AE's Office: HSR ASSOCIATES, INC. 100 MILWAUKEE STREET LA CROSSE, WI 54603 608-784-1830 There will be no pre-bid meeting. The Owner and Architect/Engineer are available to answer questions.
