Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will extend the 48-Inch storm sewer from Losey Blvd to a new outfall into the City of La Crosse marsh, through Roellig Park. This work shall be in accordance with Standard Specifications, except as hereinafter modified. The following bid items: Clearing, Grubbing, Grouted Riprap Extra Heavy, Salvaged Topsoil, Silt Fence, Erosion Mat Urban Class I Type A & B, Inlet Protection Type A & C, Tracking Pad, Fertilizer Type B, Seeding Mixture No. 40, Geotextile Fabric Type HR, Construction Staking Storm Sewer, Apron End walls for Culvert Pipe Reinforced Concrete 48-Inch shall reference the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, 2024 Edition. Major items of work include the following: A. Construction and maintenance of erosion control measures. B. Clearing and Grubbing C. Installation of storm sewer. D. Installation of grouted extra heavy riprap. E. Path re-construction F. Restoration Est. Value Notes: 275,000.00 Est. Completion Date: May 15, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency.
