The Park Meadows Business Improvement District requests formal bids for the procurement of the specified play structure materials as outlined in the RFP details. The scope of the work has been identified on the proposal form and RFP. All technical questions should be directed in writing to Elizabeth Hubbard, elizabeth@mulhernmre.com Final date for all questions will be 3:00 pm, January 12, 2024. The District reserves the right to reject any bidder as not qualified, reject any and all proposals, waive irregularity in the bidding, or accept responsive and responsible proposals as the best interests of the District may be served; however, said determination of the award will be at the sole discretion of the District. It is anticipated that the Notice of Award will be issued within 30 days from the bid date. Substantial completion and delivery shall also include that the successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds and comply with all insurance provisions specified in the project documents. The PMBID reserves the right to waive any irregularities or technical defects in the bidding process so as the best interests of the PMBID may be served.
