Broadway Avenue. A map showing the project site is provided as Figure 1. The Contract addresses the following general work services. The Project will select sealing of portions of the building to remain as is, demolition of select portions of the building, and construction of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural improvements to the existing building as depicted on the plans.
