Reference Number 0000401505 Roadway improvements on Nelson Ave and Ash St, culvert headwall and wingwalls at the entrance of Memorial Park, curb and gutter for parking area, and Memorial Park phase 1 improvements. The project is for the following general work services: 1650 LF of roadway improvements to Nelson Ave comprised of gravel paving, curb and gutter, and a 135 SF ADA ramp section of attached sidewalk. Class 5 CDOT road base anchored on both sides by rollover curb and gutter to serve as gravel pavement for the remaining length to access the park and surrounding its parking lot. Raised landscape islands and limited concrete pavement and sidewalk for ADA access to a pavilion structure, (pavilion structure provided by the Town), will also be included in the project. Decorative pavers will surround the pavilion structure and various landscape plantings and irrigation sleeves are denoted on the plans for installation.
