Sanitary sewer main will be removed to the maximum extent practical without requiring unnecessary road closures. _ Installation of new sanitary sewer and water mains and associated structures. _ Design and provide a bypass pumping plan for the proposed sanitary sewer. _ Design and provide a bore plan for the portion of sanitary sewer pipe crossing existing State Highway 52.
