The successful bidder will be notified no later than Friday, February 16, 2024. The Trustees reserve the right to waive any informalities or reject all bids. Bidder must be prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the types of work associated with the Pultney Township 2024 Paving Project in the amount at lease equal to bid at the time of bid. The bidder also must furnish with the bid, a copy of current Ohio Department of Transportation Prequalification proving such. The bidder is disqualified if failure to do so. Township roads to be paved:
Big Pine Way, TWP 1637, 1800'x20' +/-
Ohio Riverview Road, TWP 1638, 1600'x20' +/-
2 (Two) Cul-de Sacs, 80'
The roads shall be bid as one project. Bids will include all labor, materials and equipment.
The project roads are located off or near Co Rd 46 (New Cut Road), 1 Mile west of Shadyside.
The project will consist of at least a tack coat, 2" base coat with 1 1/2" topcoat, rolled in place.
This project is in conjunction with the 2024 FDR project. Paving MUST be completed one week following the completion of the FDR project. Successful bidder shall coordinate with the FDR contractor regarding scheduling. Paving should include Clean road and prepare for paving. Notch in at start and stop points. Seal edges at start and stop points. Milling shall be done at existing concrete driveways that adjoin said roads. Equipment and Labor is to be furnished by the Bidder to complete the job.
