Bids are hereby requested for the purchase of fine cold mix material for repairs in 2024. Bids are requested for a price per tonne for three (3) different options: 1. Picked up by the Township at Suppliers Yard; 2. Delivered to the North Crosby Public Works Garage at 9863 County Road 10, Westport; 3. Delivered to the South Elmsley Public Works Garage at 441 Hwy 15, Lombardy Maintain and keep in force during the term of the contract, General Liability Insurance protecting the contractor's liability, legal or assumed, under the contract for all claims arising from personal injury to members of the public, damage to property of public including loss of use of such property and the minimum insurance shall be $5,000,000.00. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
