The Work includes, but is not limited to: Installation of acoustical panels and baffles at Natatorium ceiling with associated electrical and mechanical modifications. Architect/Engineer's Cost Opinion: $220,000 + WSST Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $220,000.00 or more and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. If is is selected, then this Project is subject to the apprenticeship requirements of RCW 39.04.320.
