Site work for a civil project in Leonard, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construct (1) pump station building with (2) 500 gpm pumps, (1) 200,000-gallon ground storage tank, approximately 2,800 LF of 12" water line, yard piping, (2) chlorination buildings and connections, and all associated appurtenances. The deadline to ask questions is 1/23/2024 4:00 PM CST A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the CITY OF LEONARD or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The CITY OF LEONARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the CITY OF LEONARD for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
