The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids for an annual contract for the purchase of Phosphoric Acid, in accordance with the specifications provided herein. The initial term of this agreement will be effective from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. The District reserves the right to renew the term of the agreement for four (4) additional one (1) year period (October 1 through September 30) upon the same terms and conditions of the original bid, with said options to be mutually agreed upon by both parties Prices bid for materials must be for deliveries FOB Destination at location(s) specified below. Title to any shipment shall be held to pass only upon actual delivery and acceptance at the designated delivery point(s). Leonard Treatment Plant 17600 S State Highway 78 Additional locations may be added via change order throughout the duration of this agreement. All questions regarding this request for bid shall be submitted in writing at ntmwd.bonfirehub.com or via email to nleyva@ntmwd.com no later than FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2024, PRIOR TO 4:00 PM CENTRAL TIME. All questions will be addressed in an addendum. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. PRE-BID MEETING: N/A
