Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove existing 56' dia. bolted steel tank and construct 60' dia. welded steel tank with internal bent plate roof near Lemmon Dr. and Deodar Way. Construct civil improvements including, but not limited to, material import and export, retaining wall construction, retention basin grading, fencing, and revegetation. All content viewed and/or downloaded is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project. The Engineer's estimate is: $2,250,000 - $2,750,000 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. Bidder has: 1) provided all required responses and attachments, 2) digitally signed the Bid on the Response Submission Tab, and 3) received a confirmation after clicking the Submit Response button. After the deadline has passed, the system will not allow Bidders to submit and the server clock will govern. Partial Bids will not be accepted. Bids will be unsealed and opened electronically immediately following the bid closing.
