Renovation of an educational facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bidders shall include with their bid, bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, including alternates in the form of a certified check payable to the Vigo County School Corporation or bid bond on AIA Document A310-2010 Bid Bond included in the bidding documents. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on Indiana State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 (revised 2013) Contractor's Bid for Public Works and the Contractor's Bid Supplemental Form. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope plainly labeled as follows: The Vigo County School Corporation 501 Olive Street West Terre Haute, Indiana 47885 Bid For: 2024 Capital Projects Fund ROOFING and RELATED Work for Vigo County School Corporation The name and return address of the Bidder The successful Bidder receiving award of the Project shall enter into the AIA Document A104-2017 Standard Abbreviated Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor provided in the bidding documents and furnish AIA Document A312-2010 Performance and Payment Bonds provided in the bidding documents in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, which shall cover the faithful performance and payment obligations arising thereunder. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities in the Bidding. Performance and Payment Bonds shall remain in full force and effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the Work.
