Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of new park restroom building (approx. 19' x 32') along with miscellaneous site electrical work. Bidders shall direct any questions regarding the project to H+U Construction's Project Manager, Luke Nelson, via email to lnelson@hu-construction.com. The current minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each classification of work shall be the local prevailing rate, including fringe benefits as defined in Minnesota Statute 177.41-177.44. No bid will be considered before the stated bid time. Bids must be accompanied by the electronic verified Bidder's Bond payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. Three Rivers Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District.
