The City of Winston-Salem will be constructing approximately 1,900 linear feet of 5 sidewalk along one side of Petree Road. This project includes grading; installation of curb & gutter, sidewalk, and erosion control measures; the installation and/or replacement of drainage pipe and structures; utility adjustments; milling and paving. Cedar Trail is approximately 1,150 linear feet of 5 sidewalk along one side of Cedar Trail. This project includes grading; installation of curb & gutter, sidewalk, and erosion control measures; the installation and/or the replacement of drainage pipe and structures; utility adjustments; milling and paving. The anticipated start date is April 2024, and the tentative completion date is May 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The 10% M/WBE goal may be satisfied by an entity that qualifies as a Minority Business Enterprise under N.C. General Statue 143-128, and that has been certified by the State of North Carolinas Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses and must be HUB certified at the time the proposal is submitted.
