Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Contractors must be properly licensed, at the time of bid, as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes to bid and perform the work described herein as the general contractor. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required. Compliance with the City's Minority and Women Business Enterprise Program is required on this project, with subcontracting goals of 10% MBE and 5% WBE that must be met separately. Please refer to the Special Instructions to Bidders contained in the bidding documents. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all proposals.
