**As of March 26 , 2024 project was awarded to Riley Palmer Construction Company but awarded amount is not available.** The established budget is approximately $550,000. Franklin County School District (FCSD) is requesting written responses from qualified construction management firms to provide Professional Services for the construction of a new school structure at Apalachicola Bay Charter School (ABCS), 98 12th street, Apalachicola, Florida for the New Technology Building It is the Owners intention to employ the Firm to provide overall Construction Management at Risk of the construction effort. Franklin County School District reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to negotiate changes in the new scope of work or services to be provided, and to otherwise waive any technicalities or informalities.
