RFP Questions Reply March 12, 2024 The Town of Basalt is accepting proposals for professional planning and design services from highly qualified consultant teams for the following project: Design and Entitlement Services for the Sopris Meadows Parcel 9 Affordable Housing Development. Services sought in this RFP include all necessary planning, design, and engineering services to design and secure entitlements for a 12 to 18 unit affordable housing development located on Sopris Meadows Parcel 9, located on Valley Road, adjacent to the Willits Rugby Field in Basalt, Colorado. The Town of Basalt reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the Proposal which is in the Town of Basalt's best interest. The Town of Basalt further reserves the right, in the best interests of the Town of Basalt, to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Proposals submitted.
