Bids will be received for the following contract: Woonsocket School CTE Addition, Woonsocket School District 55-4, Woonsocket, South Dakota . The Work includes, but not limited to: selective demolition and new building construction. Interior finishes include all finishes. Work also. Project Location: Woonsocket School District 55-4 - 101 N. 2nd Avenue Woonsocket, South Dakota All bids shall be made in accordance with Forms, Drawings and Project Manual attached to, and made a part of, the proposed contract documents. Each bid must contain a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check or Draft for five percent (5%) of the amount of the total bid items, such Check or Draft to be certified or issued by either a State or National Bank, and payable to the School District, or in lieu thereof, a Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, such Bid Bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the state and payable to the School District. The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities. By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to labor, materials, products and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. Substantial completion December 2, 2024
