The Middlesex County Sheriff's Office project is being developed by Middlesex County and generally consists of the renovation of the existing 10,420 SF Puller Vocational Center building and supporting2.88acresite infrastructure at 2788 General Puller Highway, Saluda VA. The construction shall be in accordance with the building renovation and site plans. ***Bid event: Bids shall be on the basis indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall not be submitted by facsimile or email. The Instructions to Bidders/Bid Form with the related plans may be examined Monday through Friday at the offices of Middlesex County,877 General Puller Highway, Saluda, VA., 23149 and at the office of Bay Design Group, 40 Cross Street, Urbanna, VA,23175betweenthehoursof 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Question Deadline 03/14/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Plans or Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer (W.
