Summary: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide street sweeping/cleaning services, and pervious concrete sweeping/pressure washing services in accordance with the performance specifications herein, throughout the Saluda Residency, within the counties of Essex, Gloucester, King & Queen, King William, Mathews, and Middlesex.
