Summary: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide street sweeping/cleaning services, and pervious concrete sweeping/pressure washing services in accordance with the performance specifications herein, throughout the Saluda Residency, within the counties of Essex, Gloucester, King & Queen, King William, Mathews, and Middlesex. Request for services will be on an as needed basis. Work Location:Essex, Gloucester, King & Queen, King William, Mathews, and Middlesex. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One (1) year from time of award with four (4) optional successive one (1)-year renewal periods.
