Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saluda, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a contract through competitive sealed bidding for the replacement of a generator and fuel tank at the Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center, 170 Oakes Landing Road, Saluda, Virginia 23149. The Successful Bidder must be qualitied to establish an exclusive contract to provide "All Efforts and Materials Necessary" for the removal, disposal, and replacement of equipment as outlined. All questions must be submitted before 2 P.M. on 12/20/2024. All questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted via email to Andrea Kinser, Finance Director, at ahogge@mprsc.org. Each Bid, one (1) original, marked as such and two (2) copies, marked as such, must be appropriately signed by an authorized representative of the Offeror, and must be submitted in a SEALED envelope or package. A removable media storage device (USB) containing two (2) digital copies of the proposal, one as submitted, and one redacted to remove all confidential and proprietary material, must be included in the proposal packet. The notation "IFB 2025-01 Generator Replacement", and the specified opening time and date must be clearly marked on the front of that sealed envelope or package. FAXED OR E-MAILED BIDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
