Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Floresville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 27, 2024, project was awarded to Geofill Construction but awarded amount is not available. The Project consists of pavement reconstruction, striping, and signage of the event center parking lot. Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form. Written questions and comments shall be submitted no less than 72 hours prior to bid opening and addressed to: Edward R. De La Garza, P.E. TRIUN, LLC 7800 W IH 10, STE 803 San Antonio, Texas 78230 210-572-4900 edelagarza@triunco.com A Certified check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Floresville and furnish bonds on the forms provided. Time of completion shall be 60 calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. THE CITY reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive any and/or all formalities, and award the bid as it appears most beneficial to the City.
