The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to install a sheet pile seawall, associated tie backs and dredging at the Eastern Shipbuilding Nelson Street Facility. Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. (Eastern) was awarded a contract by the United States Coast Guard to construct Offshore Patrol Cutters. The awarded contractor will be required to submit security pass information to Eastern Shipbuilding visitor control for all employees that will require access to the shipyard. Funding for the project may be made possible through a State of Florida, Department of Transportation Joint Participation Agreement and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by State Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents shall comply with the State Regulations Contract Requirements.
