General Nature of Public Improvement. This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor needed to construct full depth PCC patches on various residential streets east of NW 86th Street in the City of Clive, Iowa. Project items include full-depth patching, sidewalk removal and replacement, intake reconstruction, fixture adjustments, traffic control, mobilization, and restoration. Specific project location along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined inSection26.8of the Iowa Code and as outlined in the Instruction to Bidders in an amount equal toTen(10)percent of the total bid amount.
