Clark Construction Group, LLC is soliciting proposals from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and suppliers to submit bids for the Early Work Package of the Piney Branch Tunnel project. Project Description: DC Water's Clean Rivers Project is planning a 4.2-million-gallon underground storage tunnel to capture sewage combined with stormwater, known as combined sewer overflow (CSO), that would otherwise overflow into Piney Branch and ultimately Rock Creek during heavy rains. This project will reduce overflow volume from CSO 049 by 96% in an average year when completed. Requested Scopes of Work include (but are not limited to): Temporary Facilities Supply, Job Site Photos, Field Engineering, Permit Coordinator, Community Outreach Coordinator, Environmental Manager, Maintenance of traffic, Fencing, Erosion & Sediment Control, Tree Removal, Aggregate Supply, Trucking & Hauling, Asphalt Paving, Curb & Gutter, Reinforced Concrete pipe supply, Precast storm Drain Manholes, Landscaping, Temporary Seeding, Earthwork, Site Utilities, Temporary Electrical Installation, Security, Noise and Pollution Control Consulting.
