The project consists of infilling and relocating the existing site retention pond, reconstructing the vehicular circulation patterns which include the entrance driveways, the front parking lot and pedestrian walkways, along with the construction of a new stadium visitor bleacher system. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount.Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance, Labor, and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted Bid amount. TIME OF COMPLETION A. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Project approval is anticipated to occur on March 07, 2024, for purposes of submittal review and material acquisition. Construction is expected to begin on May 07, 2024. Project completion is expected prior to August 05, 2024. Only Contractors having been pre-qualified by the School District of Clay County are eligible to submit bids for this project. Only pre-qualified Contractors should submit bids for this project (Florida Statutes).
