RE-BID Federal Pacific Panel and Transfer Switch Replacement The Project consists of: Removal of existing Federal Pacific 1,200 ampere-208/120 volt-3 phase main disconnect switch. Removal of existing Federal Pacific 1,200 ampere-208/120 volt-3 phase main distribution panel and all circuit breakers within. Furnish and install a new 1,200 ampere - 208/120 volt- 3-phase main distribution panel with new circuit breakers and 1,200 ampere-208/120 volt-3 phase main disconnect as scheduled on plans. New copper conductors, conduit, splices, and wiring devices as required for a complete project. Asbestos abatement. Generator rental and connection for temporary power. All required cutting and patching. For projects with an estimated construction cost of over $100,000, by DHCD contractual requirement, General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), according to Article 2.1 in Section 00.21.00 Instructions to Bidders, in the category of: Not Applicable. No Filed Sub Bids are required. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Sterling Housing Authority. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect. The Architect will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids.
