Cannery Warf Park Construction. A subsurface exploration program consisting of soil borings, test pits, geotechnical Laboratory testing, and monitoring well installation has been performed, with reasonable Care. The following geotechnical and environmental reports are appended hereto and is For informational purposes as described below: "preliminary geotechnical engineering report" dated october 31, 2022, "boring Logs" completed november 21, 2022, and "Figure 2 - site plan" dated december 2022. "limited subsurface investigation memorandum" dated january 19, 2023. Notice of Intent filed by Provincetown Parks and Recreation Department to convert a former parking lot into a waterfront, accessible, passive park. Work to take place within Coastal Dune, Coastal Beach, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. scope of work the contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the cannery wharf park project, in strict accordance with the contract documents and all related drawings and specifications. the said documents, specifications, drawings and any general supplementary conditions are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this agreement.
