Town of Provincetown MacMillan Pier Repairs project consists of the labor, equipment and materials to remove the existing timber fender piles, modify the existing timber chock and wale as required, purchase and install 12 diameter Greenheart fender piles (each 45 feet long), install 12 diameter timber piles furnished and supplied by the Contractor, remove and reinstall existing UHMW strips, and install plastic fender pile caps on each installed pile. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
