Miller, Project/Construction Manager by email at jmmiller@hengineers.com. The proposed project consists of Lead Water Service Investigation (potholing) of 374 water service lines throughout the City of Southgate. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is March 04, 2024, and will be substantially completed within 70 calendar days and fully completed within 90 days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
