Reference Number 0000341550 Project Description: The RFP consists of sanitary sewer extension contractor services located on the property of Fordline Elementary school in Southgate Michigan. The scope of work is detailed in the drawings and specs provided by Hennessey Engineers dated November 10, 2022 as noted in attachments A.3 and A.4. The Owner desires to commence construction on or before May 1st, 2024 and be substantially complete by June 28th, 2024. Scope of work includes providing labor, supervision, materials, permits (if required), tools and equipment necessary to perform the scope of services as described in this RFP along with Hennessey Engineers drawings dated November 10, 2022 (attachment A.3), project specifications (attachment D.4) stated above, and all other Project Scope attachments (A.1- A.7) included in this RFP. Helen St. Sanitary Sewer Extension Project Project No. 1: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to extend the sanitary sewer as indicated per the documents provided by Hennessey Engineers dated November 10, 2022. The property is located on Helen St. just north of Eureka Rd in Southgate, Michigan. The scope of work at the Helen St. project site requires the removal/excavation, prep, installation of new sanitary sewer piping, manholes, catch basins, infill, and all associated work as depicted in this RFP.
