Renovation of an educational facility in Coal City, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project includes but is not limited to replacement of plumbing fixtures at the Coal City Early Childhood Center, Elementary School, Intermediate School, and Middle School as well as a more extensive remodel of 2 restrooms at the Elementary School. The project includes the Plumbing Fixture Replacements at the Coal City Schools (High School is not included) for the Coal City Community Unit School District #1. H. The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with "An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public Works." 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. I. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, or accept the bid that, in his opinion, will serve his best interests. J.
