Site work for a civil project in Homer, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description: Under this project, the Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install approximately +-17,250 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer force main, +-1,450 LF of 10" PVC gravity sewer main, and a duplex lift station with 60 HP pumps. Installation shall include all work shown in the construction plans, including valves, manholes, and other appurtenances. No Bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law. Any other questions can be directed to the issuing office, Carter & Sloope, Inc., Canton, GA, 770-479-8782. Question Deadline 02/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
