Should any work or item be deleted from the Contract by order of the Owner, total cost savings realized by the Bidder shall be credited to the Owner. AGREEMENT: The undersigned agrees that the Village may accept this Bid as agreement for the work provided in the Project. the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may eliminate any category (trash/metal/appliances/yard waste) for which a proposal is requested or submitted. It is further agreed that this Bid is binding for not more than sixty (60) days from the date submitted below. The spring clean-up is scheduled for Thursday, April 25th, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 26th, 2024, and Saturday, April 27th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
