Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Sparta, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
The proposed Work includes the following: Construction of two taxiway connectors, reconstruction of taxiway pavement, and removal of direct taxiway connector pavement. Including aggregate base, pulverization, HMA paving, and airfield light work. If the prime bidder is not prequalified in the Designated Item classification(s), then it must use a subcontractor that is prequalified in such classification(s). This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder. Question Deadline 02/13/2025 at 5:00 PM ET There is a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of X.00% for this project. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to airport sponsor in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the notification of award. The VILLAGE OF SPARTA reserves the following rights: to accept or reject any or all bids; and to award the Contract to the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose bid is determined by the VILLAGE OF SPARTA to be in its best interest
