LZS8WSSP for single) o Billing will be accepted upon completion of the scope o No bid security shall be required o Withdrawal of bid will be accepted up to 24 hours after notification of award o All required fees, permits and inspections to meet RFP o No electrical work shall be included in this RFP (owner will be responsible for Electrical work) o Any required stainless steel 'wall panels' shall be the responsibility of the contractor o The contractor shall be responsible for all on site surveys and inspections before ordering equipment (including blocking) o Removal and disposal of any existing water coolers shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor.
