Site work for a civil project in Sparta, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes improvements to the Village of Sparta Water Reclamation Facility. Question Deadline 06/23/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. The following construction contracts will be awarded separately or together in any combination: Contract No. Identification 1 Site Work & Excavation 2 Concrete 3 General Trades 4 Painting 5 Mechanical 6 Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation 7 Biosolids Storage Tank. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Special project requirements include: Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Federal Wage Rates American Iron and Steel. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Sparta and F & V Construction reserve the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Project.
