The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for LEAD Reduction services. Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 1/14/2025, 2 PM Any and all communication regarding this Solicitation shall be on the Kent County Purchasing Division Inquiry Blog via the electronic. This Scope of Work includes lead-based paint activities and requires a Lead Clearance Report for impacted work area(s) following completion of lead-based paint activities to determine that all leadbased paint activities are complete and that no soil-lead hazards or settled dust-lead hazards exist. The available Lead Inspection and Risk Assessment report (LIRA) identifies known lead-paint hazards associated with this property. This Scope of Work identifies the specific work areas and lead-based paint activities associated with this Kent County assisted project. Identified lead-based paint hazards that are within the scope of this project have been highlighted in red on the LIRA. Upon completion of activities, contractor is to arrange for final clearance exam of worksite area(s) using the same entity that conducted the LIRA. Contractor may include in proposal a reimbursement request for up to $500 toward actual cost paid for clearance exam.
