Elevator modifications/modernization/replacements that are required will be performed by the contractor at an agreed upon amount. In the event OFPM and the contractor are unable to agree on an appropriate amount, OFPM reserves the right to obtain the required major repair, modification, modernization, or replacement from another source consistent with D of A Purchasing policy and procedure.
