The City of Topeka Water Pollution Control Division is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the mowing, trimming, edging, weed, and dead shrub removal of various pump station properties specified as Area 3, West. The term of the initial contract is for an eight (8) month period from April 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 and may be renewed up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods by written agreement of both parties. The Contractor must notify the City 90 days prior to any contract term expiration if the Contractor will not renew. Q And A Close08/02/2024 04:30:00 Liquidated Damages in the amount of eighty dollars ($80.00) shall be deducted from payments to the Contractor for each day in excess of five (5) calendar days taken to do work involved for each mowing.
