Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project (T-141035.03, T-141030.06, T-601127.13) will replace the existing traffic signal and includes limited curb and gutter with sidewalk and ramp replacement at the intersection of SW 21st Street and SW Chelsea Drive. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) contractual provisions apply to this project. Davis-Bacon wages Do Not apply. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier s check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.3 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for Final Completion and payment within 10 days from the date when Substantial .
