Renovation of a municipal facility in Chestertown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reposting HVAC coil replacement on rooftop unit without small business reserve. Remove and replace left side AAON condenser coil for circuit 1 and 2. Work will require a crane, all necessary parts, material, and labor. All refrigerants will be reclaimed and re-used. Additional R22 refrigerant may be required to top off system and the unit will be evacuated leak tested, re-charged, and start up. This is for the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration, Chestertown District 2 Office, located at 615 Morgnec Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620. There is no Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for this solicitation. Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request vendors to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period. The duration / term of the contract is 12 months or total payments of $50,000, whichever comes first.
